Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Portugal Tailored Tours, we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:

• Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.

• In cases where less than 48 hours’ notice is given, no refund will be issued.

Date Changes

• Tour dates may be rearranged, subject to availability.

• Requests to reschedule must be made as early as possible and are not guaranteed.
